Cookies: Cookies are standard features found in browser software. A cookie file can contain information that the Site uses to track the pages you have visited, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. While you can set your browser to refuse cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent, some features of the Site may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
Cookies are used to understand Site usage and to improve the content and offerings on the Site. For example, cookies may be used to personalize your experience with the Site and save your password in password-protected areas. Cookies may also be used to offer you products, programs or services.
Disclosing Information: By submitting your information to us, you acknowledge that we may share it in any way necessary for us to provide our services. AHI may retain other businesses or individuals to assist with the functioning of the Site, and those agents and contractors who may have access to personally identifiable information are required to protect this information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. We will not provide or sell your personally identifiable information to any other companies for commercial purposes. We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process—for example, in response to a court order, subpoena or request from a law enforcement agency. We may also disclose personally identifiable information if, in our sole discretion, such disclosure is required to protect the interests and safety of AHI and our users.
We use reasonable measures to protect your personally identifiable information and provide a secure Site. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of this information. AHI has no control over the Internet and third-party networks, and there is no guarantee of absolute security of information that is transmitted or accessible via the Internet. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of the Site at any time. AHI cannot and does not warrant that any transmission will not be monitored or read by third parties.
In the event we sell all or a portion of our business, we may transfer your personally identifiable information as a part of the sale.
Third Parties: AHI has no control over the privacy practices of third parties, and you acknowledge that we are not responsible, nor do we make any representations or warranties regarding, the privacy practices of third parties. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AHI from all liabilities, claims and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from or are related to the abuse, misuse, or disclosure of your information by third parties over whom AHI has no control.
Correcting, Updating or Removing Personal Information: Please note that it is your responsibility to update your personal, corporate and contact information. If your information changes (such as your address, zip code or email address), or if you no longer wish to receive correspondence from AHI, please contact us.
