Client Support

We support our licensed clients and new inquiries with a fully staffed office during normal business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We provide technical support for our cloud-based educational offerings to assure quick resolution of log-on issues and to assure constant “up” time from our servers. Consultations, questions, and feedback can also be directed by phone or by filling out a Contact Us form for us to schedule a follow-up call the same or next business day. Our commitment is to make it easy for our clients and those trying to prevent injurious falls to take full advantage of services and expertise!
